Who says floral and white has to end with the Summer? Especially when you live in Hawaii, the rules of the seasons don’t hold.
Tie front tops are one of my favorite trends. I love that this style is wearable when it’s hot and when it’s cold. The long sleeves cover up my arms, but are flowy enough to let in a cool breeze.
This top if from one of my favorite Hawaii boutiques, House of Aria. I’m obsessed with this tie front top because I get to rock florals and still wear black and white— my favorite colors to wear lol.
Since this top is super cropped, I chose high waisted denim boyfriend jeans to balance the rest of the outfit. Although I get a lot of comments from people about how I have holes in my jeans (** rolls eyes **), this pair is one of my faves. They’re baggy enough without being too baggy.
SHOP MY LOOK
Shooting at the Honolulu Art Museum was so fun. Everything about this place is so beautiful and so aesthetically pleasing. This was one of my favorite shoots because it was like an art field trip, and work photoshoot in one. In between outfits, Jojo and I would cool down from outside and look at the different exhibits. I don’t think there’s anything more inspiring than shooting fashion in a place that preserves the work done by iconic artists.
Today, I’m hitting the gym for leg day then going to the mall for some last minute Halloween items and looking for a birthday present for my mama— she’s a Halloween baby.
What are you guys dressing up as for Halloween? I can’t wait to show you what I came up with!
A Whole Lotta Love,
